Most of Matt's 18-year corporate career was spent with Barclays Bank PLC gaining finance, marketing, retail and commercial management experience.
His roles included Small Business Manager, Risk Management Analyst, Head of Brand, Change Programme Manager and HR Director.
On leaving Barclays, Matt ran his own brand consultancy working for major brands in the retail, leisure and financial services sector.
In 2004, Matt formed NKD Group in partnership with Sue Stoneman, and took on the role of Managing Director. NKD Group is an award winning HR & Business Improvement Consultancy business, which has gone from strength to strength and has worked with some of the world’s biggest brands including Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Vodafone, Astra Zeneca and The Co-operative.
In addition to his role with NKD Group, more recently Matt has taken on the role as Managing Director of Andrew Barton Salons Ltd and Creative Director for the Andrew Barton Group.
