Sue has a successful corporate career spanning over 20 years PLC's including British Airways, RAC and Barclays Bank before spending three years in Private Equity businesses working with Guy Hands at Terrafirma. She has built her reputation on quickly understanding the commercial dynamics of businesses, identifying opportunities for genuine differentiation and building both confidence and competence at Board level to deliver company-wide business improvement strategies.
An experienced Board Director, having held senior positions in Marketing and Sales, Customer Operations and HR, Sue has a rare combination of experience and expertise in strategic consultancy, extensive business insights and the ability to turn ‘dreams’ into business realities.
5 years ago Sue set up NKD Group, a HR & Business Improvement Consultancy business which continues to work with some of the worlds biggest brands including Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Vodafone, Astra Zeneca, The Co-operative and DHL.
In addition to her role with NKD Group more recently Sue has taken on the role as CEO of the Andrew Barton Group of companies.
